The main elements of the ‘Community Man’ program, entirely in-house developed by cpluzc. The program aims to allow individuals, as well as groups of people, to become self-esteem in order to enter into interaction in the public domain. In these encounters a harmonious balance develops on the basis of a reciprocal systemic order. Thus the two highest levels 4 and 5 of the Maslow triangle have been realized.
